From the start, Bob, came to our home to meet with us to find out what our dreams, wants and needs were. He was very friendly. He made us feel like only we and our renovation mattered.
After we did our homework and decided on this company to do our renovation, we met with Danielle, the interior designer. We had a lot of photos and ideas. After she saw them, she helped put them into reality.
We then were put in touch with Chris, our project manager. He and us got along awesomely!
He told us how long our renovation would take, who all would be involved and their names. People told us it would take a lot longer than Chris told us. We had a total two floor renovation done! Kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace and front hall, plus two bathrooms and three bedrooms! Chris made sure everything was done when it was supposed to be done! We even went on holidays for two weeks and when we got back...it was done! Just like Chris said it would be!
What do we recommend about Reborn Renovations? Everything!!

Having heard many horror stories of poor renovations, I was a bit apprehensive when choosing a builder to finish by basement. I shouldn't have worried as Reborn Renovations were fantastic. Everyone was courteous and professional from the sales rep to the project manager and all the trades people. The project manager, Chris, was especially noteworthy. He was polite, patient, intelligent and efficient. He was reasonable in his promises and delivered on them. I was notified whenever there was something to relay and on one occasion where there was a potential problem, by the time I contacted Chris after receiving his voicemail, he had already arranged for the situation to be dealt with. The trades people involved were there when they were supposed to be and always cleaned up at the end of the day. About 6 months after the project had completed, there was a minor problem. I contacted Chris and he had a trades person come the next day to fix it. Overall, my experience with Reborn Renovations has been fantastic and will definitely use them again if I need more renovations.

I bought a new place and had exactly a month to do some pretty major renovations. I wasn’t sure if I should act as the general contractor and just hire all the trades or go with a company like Reborn to do it all.

The project was beyond exceptionally managed. My project manager, Chris, made everything go smoothly, even when we were brainstorming solutions to issues together. Chris treated my new home like his house and is an amazingly tallented guy that all the trades seem to love and really go the extra mile for. And that’s a key point, as he’s the one that makes it all work. The trades were all equally great guys and all rolled with it when I asked for odd things like grey wood floors and strange light fixtures.
Not only did they wrap up UNDER budget and EARLY, but it was such fun to work with them I was a bit sad it was over.
Oh, and the cool thing was that we worked together to source things because of my tight schedule. I had it all designed in my head but their designer took all that down and communicated it well to the trades.
Oh, and they use a cool app to track everything from change orders to payments etc.
Trust me, just use Reborn, you won’t regret it.
