R&D Indoor Comfort

My downstairs air went out on thursday. R&D had the problem identified and fixed by Tuesday. Awesome service

My HVAC caught fire one night. I filed a claim the next morning through my FAHW. R&D called me within 30 minutes to set up an appointment to come and inspect the unit. The technician was on time and so courteous. He explained the damage to me as well as how the process would work. They got my claim approved in less than a day. New unit arrived at my house 3 days later and was installed. Again, great, friendly people. Had to order a few extra parts for the control panel but again, they were helpful and informative. I never had to call anyone or do anything. They took care of all of it. They finished up while I was away on vacation and notified me every step of the way what was going on. My new unit is incredible! So quiet and works great! Can't say enough about this team and will definitely use them again! They are my go to team for HVAC!

Great to work with! Furnace stopped working early this morning, I had to make a claim through my home warranty and they got them out here in less than 6 hrs. They were earlier than their suggested time frame and fixed our issues very quickly. Highly recommend!

R & D was contracted through my home warranty. You always hear horror stories about home warranties and coverage, but I didn't have any issues. Randy came out, diagnosed the problem and assured me it was covered. My heat went out during the ice/snow storm and he was able to make it out there the next day. He diagnosed the problem, was able to reprogram my thermostat to allow for emergency heat, and ordered the new part that day. I had to wait a few days for the part to come in, but Randy called as soon as he got it and came and installed it ASAP. All was covered under my home warranty. He was fast, polite, and did a good job. Definitely recommend them :)

R and D has replaced two HVAC systems at our house. They are prompt, responsive and detailed. I couldn't be happier with the job that they did.

Randy and his team installed a new gas furnace for us and I can't say enough about about how great this company is. The unit was installed on Friday and over the weekend it started making a knocking noise. I called Sunday morning and Randy came out within an hour to diagnose and fix the issue. Great customer service and quality work. I would highly recommend to anyone needing hvac service.

Awesome company. R&D advocated for my family and I with the home warranty company to make sure we received the proper equipment needed given the dimensions of my home. This was crucial as my old unit had gone bad making me run on emergency heat at extremely high costs to our family. Despite the wrong equipment being ordered by the home warranty company, R&D stayed on them and ensured that the proper Lennox system was finally ordered. During installation the crew was prompt, professional, personable, and cleaned as they worked. My home is now noticeable warmer and I look forward to lower energy costs.

My warranty company at first called a different service to service my furnace and when it was determined it needed to be replaced it was 2 weeks before that company informed me they didn't have a contractor to perform the work. Then R & D was given the job. Quick response to my concerns. The crew spent almost 12 hours on a very difficult furnace replacement and did an excellent job. The old furnace was about 25 years old and in a very challenging spot to be installed but the guys went above and beyond to get the job done and followed up the next morning to make sure everything was in working condition. If and when I need more HVAC I will make sure the warranty company calls R & D and no one else!

Excellent work, technician did a great good diagnosing the problem and establishing a plan to get my unit up an running. Would recommend this professional.
