Rapid Restore Roofing of Suffolk County

Rapid Restore was super professional and accommodating from start to finish! Jake the salesman and Angel the project manager were both communicating throughout the whole process and made my wife and I feel very comfortable choosing Rapid Restore for our roof replacement!

My wife and I have been dreading getting our roof replaced, but we knew it had to be done. We had several people refer Rapid Restore to us, so we gave them a shot…boy are we glad we did. Not only was their price the best but they treated us the best as well. From the salesman, to the guys in the office, to the foreman on duty the day of our appointment, they were all very professional and accommodating. They even hung a couple of flowerpot holders we had in the back that my wife had been wanting to get up. Not something they had to do but they did it for us anyway. I would recommend if you are in need of a new roof.

I just had a new roof put on my home by Rapid Restore and like another reviewer said, "If I could give then 10 stars I would." We have had several contractors work on our house and none could match the service, quality, and professionalism of this company. Everyone that we dealt with was a pleasure to work with. The job looks great and the crew left my property as clean as can be. Kudos from a very satisfied customer.

From start to finish Joe and his team were unbelievable! Prompt response time and so patient and helpful with all of our questions. Our roof was damaged in a storm and even before we signed a contract Joe was nice enough to get on my roof and tarp up the space that was leaking since more rain was expected. Not only did they give the best estimate (out of 5 that I received) they were on time for install, professional, Angel had communicated with me the entire day with updates and the team left my yard immaculate when they were done! The entire roof (down to the plywood) was replaced and complete in just one day! I HIGHLY recommend them!

A recent roofing job...
From the first meeting with Jake we were happy with explanation of what he could do for us and how the project would be done. The materials that would be used and how it solve our problem. He helped us maneuver through the financial end and we were all set.

The day of the work everyone showed up at 7:30 a.m. The project manager, Angel, introduced himself and they immediately surveyed the situation and set up protection tarps. Very quickly off came the old roof, and wood planks were being pulled up. Through each process, Angel would be up on the roof inspecting for any occurring problems to be solved. All of the workers seemed to know exactly what to do to keep the job flowing. Before we knew it new wood was put down and the roofing was started. Like a well oiled machine, each worker did their job, and before we knew it the job was completed and inspected by Angel. They cleaned up everything including looking for lost nails on the ground.
Very Happy and Impressed.

Next came the gutter installers... they worked very cleanly and exacting, and very happy with them also.

Angel gave his final inspection, picked up a few nails, and reminded me of the company's guarantee and should any problem occur to call them immediately, and they would have someone come back immediately.
Job done and said goodbye.

We were very happy with Jake, Angel and all of the workers and the care they took with completing the job, and we would recommend them highly.

Exceptional company to work with. After years working in the industry I pride myself when I was associated with companies that treated their customers with respect and being a customer I am thankful when I'm treated the same way. I can fairly say dealing with a company that does right by their clients says a lot about the people who runs the company. The professionalism everyone display was the best we've ever dealt with regarding home improvement projects. Their work ethics shows from the top down. We met Jake in early April, he fit us in his busy schedule and it took him under 30 minutes to look over the scope of work for a new roof. We received a proposal from Joe within a week and Jake kept in touch with scheduling the date of the project. The new roof install was scheduled for May 13th, Angel (Project Manager) called the day before and went over details and answered any questions we had. Angel and crew showed up the next day on time and started the tear down of the old roof and installation of the new roof. Angel was available to address all and any concerns we had. Jake called when an issue was presented and it was quickly resolved. There were a ton of debris that end up in the attic and Angel took it upon himself after his crew left to clear away all the debris in the attic. We met Michael at the end of the day after the project was completed. I would highly recommend Rapid Restore Roofing for your roof project. They did not just put a new roof and now we are a distant memory. They reached out via email with phone numbers before Hurricane Henri & Ida in case of any damage that maybe caused by the storms to offer their services. Again I can't reiterate enough how wonderful it was to work with Jake, Joe. Angel and Michael. I recommend you give them a call before you decide who to hire for your roof project!

We had a leak that was all but invisable for two years ruining our vaulted ceiling and front wall. We had several companies come in and try to repair. We also had other companies just wanting to change out the section of roof for a third to half more money. AND, when we did not get back to those other companies right away, for example we waited two weeks to see other offers, we called and said okay let's do it and never heard from them again. Serendipity was on our side when Rapid Restore Rooking came up as number one is a Google search of best leak repair companies near me. Joseph came over, took a look, said he would send someone over and did, we settled on a good price and the work was done. Professional, friendly, interested. WONDERFUL JOB!
