We were very happy with how quickly Rapid was able to get our Building and Pest Inspection done for our property purchase. They worked with us to fit us in last minute. The report was detailed and thorough and our inspector explained everything and answered our questions afterwards. Would use again.

I had a pest and building inspection completed by this company before purchasing my home. 3 months later I had termites in my house. When I inquired with Rapid as to how this was not identified? I was advised that they do a visual inspection only and I should have read the fine prin. Funny that is not what you are promoting on your website!!! I would NOT recommend at all.

As noted in our written response to you as per the relevant Australian Standards all pre-purchase building and pest inspections are visual and non-invasive. This is set on a national level, and all inspections must fully follow these standards. These standards are mentioned on the website, in the engagement agreement, as well as in the report. We are fully confident that the report provided to you was both comprehensive and fully compliant with the relevant national standards.
