Was able to get the building and pest inspection done within a couple of days of contacting their office. Inspection was thorough and brought to light many issues with the property I was buying. Ended up cancelling the sale and saved myself a tonne of money and hassle! Report was emailed to me within a few hours.
Great customer service, highly qualified and knowledgeable inspectors - will definitely use them again!

I have used Rapid twice now for Building and Pest Inspections in North Brisbane. On both occasions the assessor was on time, extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions along the way. The final report reflected exactly what was discussed on-site with no surprised. Would definitely recommend or use again.

We have used many different building and pest inspectors before but Kane from RBI is definitely the best. He is very friendly and approachable, and spoke to us in a way we understood the issues with the property, the severity or it and whether it was something we should be seriously concerned about or not. He was very thourough, I don't think there was anything that he could have missed. We got the report within a few hours and it was exteremly easy to read, understand and follow, which isn't always the case with Building and Pest reports. Thank you Kane for helping us

I thought they were very friendly and helpful when they wanted me to book with them. As soon as I paid them, I barely heard anything from them. I asked the inspector two questions in which he took ages to answer. Plus on the report, the first 7 pages discusses what he does NOT do in the inspection. Then I thought, what does he actually do then.
Positive note he picked up two important defects that I asked the owner to fix for me.

Hi Christina. Thanks so much for your feedback. Communication is something we pride ourselves on, we will certainly look into your experience. Regarding the report, unfortunately The Australian Standards for Inspections require every report to define the Scope, Limitations and Exclusions of a Pre Purchase report, these are a requirement of the standards and must be included in order to produce a compliant report. Good luck with the property.

Martin and the team were quick to respond to my quote request and understand my needs. They were able to attend site faster than I thought and the inspector Babak was very friendly and knowledgeable. I received my report within 24 hours. Highly recommend using Rapid Building Inspections
