Lunch visit, not many customers, maybe 8 tables. Food was served hot, but lacked flavor. Saw my waitress attending several tables but had only three interactions with her. Service could have been faster and more often.Report

This evening I dined at Rango’s, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to an issue with the bill. While the food was decent, I was shocked to discover that I had been overcharged. Wine price was listed at $6 during happy hour yet the server charged more for four glasses and the total was higher than it should have been.Report
When I brought this to the server’s attention, he didn’t seem very concerned and acted as though it wasn’t a big deal. I didn’t make a fuss and kid for it along with over 20% tip. Yes I’m an idiot. The owner who was standing next to us at the. Bar didn’t give a damn and left. I left feeling frustrated with how unprofessional the situation was handled. Overcharging customers is absolutely unacceptable maybe they do that in Mexico, and this experience left a sour taste that completely overshadowed the meal itself.
I won’t be returning to Rango’s anytime soon where I have frequented many times and would caution others to carefully review their bills and online menu prices if they choose to eat here. The post pandemic restaurant experience is beyond atrocious.
