With a morning appointment, I still waited 3 hours for a recall and when my vehicle was returned both of my vehiclesl's cameras were disengaged and unplugged- just left hanging. No need to disengage my cameras and very disappointed of the respect to my vehicle. I will not be returning to Kearny Mesa for any future services!

Quick and easy Oil Change service for my RAM Promaster 3500 -- a Winnebago Travato van. I rely completely on KM service techs to look over the van and keep me prepared for our month-long road trips.

The check in process was a mess but once I was assigned an advisor, the rest went well and it was ready early.

AVOID. DONT COME HERE!!! I would leave zero stars if I could. Absolutely unbelievable. I called in to address a serious recall on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler, and not a single person has bothered to return my calls. When I finally reached out to the parts manager, they left me on hold indefinitely. The attitude was appalling, and the complete lack of accountability is astounding. It’s outrageous to have to beg for a response over the course of *months*. As a lifelong Jeep owner, this disaster is the final straw for me.

Oh and that “owner” number they left as a response?? BOGUS, doesn’t go through. TOTAL SCAM ARTIST!! Jeep should not work with them and I’m making it a point to let everyone I know about this. Insanely poor business and should be reported.
