I met Jimmy Powell at Ralph Hayes Toyota. I wanted a Corolla Hybrid and there were none at Ralph Hayes. Jimmy helped me and told me about others in the area. I ended up talking to other salespeople, but chose to return to Ralph Hayes because of how kind Jimmy was. He was great. He helped me every step of the way with the car purchase. I am 100% happy with my car.

I booked an appointment on Wednesday for Friday. I arrived to the dealership on Friday at 5pm when my appointment was scheduled for. I scheduled a brake change, tire rotation, and to have someone check out an issue with my steering wheel. I pulled into the service bay and got out and was told that they wouldn't be able to complete the job today. Then why even schedule an appointment? Why let someone book an appointment that close to when you close? I thought the service department closed at 8pm. It closes at 6 apparently. And the brake change is an hour job. I was told I would have to leave the car overnight and they would start working on it in the morning and it would be done by 10:00 to 10:30am. I didn't get my car back until 1:30. I got a call at 8:30 saying that one of the workers had to go 30 mins away to get the parts for the brake job and they had a few questions about the repairs I wanted done. Again I booked this appointment on Wednesday. Why didn't they already have the parts for the job or go get the parts on Wednesday. They didn't set any sort of expectation when I booked the appointment nor did they call me to set any sort of expectation that they wouldn't be able to do the brake job on Friday and would need to keep the car on Saturday. I had plans on Saturday that didn't happen because I didn't get my car back until almost 2pm. I didn't receive any sort of call at 10:00am or 10:30am when the car was supposed to be ready. I called them at 12:30pm to check in on the status of the car. It still wasn't ready. I was told it would be another hour. There wasn't any sort of an apology or even an explanation of what was found, what they saw, done or anything. I was walked to the cashier where I paid and left. I was given a receipt and that was it. From a Toyota dealership when I have a Lexus I expect better. I guess next time I'll pay a bit more and go to the Lexus dealership.

I was on the market for a new Toyota & saw a great review on here about Austin Griswold on the sales team so I decided to reach out & I can second that review now, If you need to buy a car go see Austin Griswold at Ralph Hayes! Austin was pivotal in helping me have a seamless process getting my new RAV4 and getting in and out of the dealership same day. He’s professional, personable and timely! (And has the awards to show for it!). Misty was also wonderful helping with all the paperwork. I highly recommend them both!

I had a five star experience at Ralph Hayes courtesy of Austin Griswold on the sales team. With gas prices soaring I was looking to trade in my old gas guzzling SUV for a Toyota Hybrid. Not only did Austin ensure Ralph Hayes gave me a better trade-in than other local Toyota dealers, but he helped walk me through the process of which RAV4 Hybrid was right for me and my needs. Misty, the business manager, was also great to work with as we finalized paperwork and I took my new car home. I have leased/purchased several cars in my life but this was the most pleasant dealership experience I have had to date.

For anyone seeking a new Toyota in the Upstate SC area, I would strongly recommend giving the team at Ralph Hayes a call first!

It wasn’t hard. Respect your customers. Don’t even care how good your vehicle service is…go to Sand Lappers in Greenville for the best Honda/Toyota service in the area. THEY…get five stars

Sales guy was nice but I really feel bad for him. I inquired about a used Tundra online and never received a response. Had a friend who called someone he knew there to just get someone on the phone. Set up a visit that day to see a particular truck at 4PM. Showed up at the main lot and the sales guy couldn’t locate the truck. Traveled to another location and still no truck. Turns out the sales manager took the truck to pick up his kid. So at 4PM I asked if he could bring it back. Sales guy made a call and kindly told me the truck may be back the next day. I left never to return. These guys don’t want your business. The owner really needs to look into these issues as this was once a great place to buy a truck.

So disappointed .new grand highlander 2024 total installed package &accessories 5000dollars up crazy not removable and my old Toyota sienna 2013 trade in for 2000 dollars .so cheap if I buy new Toyota and 10th years worth $2000 dollars, don’t buy .I will go Honda Pilot

After totaling my beloved 2013 Toyota Yaris, I had to find another car. After much disappointment dealing with sites like CarMax and CarFax, I headed to the Ralph Hayes Pre-owned Center. Scott Brown is so friendly and knowledgeable about all things Toyota.

He educated me about the abundant safety features that the cars come with because he cares about his customers. Scott also took the time to explain all the bells and whistles that you can customize on the interior with the steering wheel buttons and touchscreen in a way that was easy to understand.

Just had the best and fastest experience buying a vehicle. Cody Burkett, the best sales person I've ever dealt with. The most knowledgeable too.
He certainly made tje process very easy. I was out the door in about an hour. Start fo finish. What a positive experience!

We were in the market for a Highlander XLE and saw that Ralph Hayes Toyota had the model we wanted on order. We submitted a request for information online and received a message from a salesperson saying the car was available and to contact him. I emailed and called him several times, leaving a voicemail as well. I did not receive any responses and when he answered the phone two days later, he didn’t seem to care that I’d left messages and informed me that the car had been sold. I said thanks and he hung up before I could ask about additional cars. I guess they don’t need the business.
