I thought the property and room were nice... I slept well. The problem comes in with the horrible breakfast. They charged $43 for a cold mess of a breakfast. The eggs were just a giant cake of frothy orange stuff... not scrambled... just some eggs in a jug thing... yuck. I don't think the warmers were on because everything was barely over room temperature. The coffee was the furthest thing from Starbucks... I've had better at gas stations. Terrible, this breakfast made me feel sick all morning.Report
Room 348 sockets by the bed did not work... and were loose.
To top off the negative bit... they charge an extra $10 for parking in an open lot! That was such a shady add-on... it makes me question my Marriott loyalty. Next time, I think I'm going to look for another place or be sure to eat breakfast somewhere else.
Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley was the venue for our wedding weekend. Not only did they host 4 events, but they also hosted our guests, many who travelled to Raleigh from all over. Vanessa and Leah were a pleasure to work with! They worked closely with us and our vendors to make sure that every detail was carefully planned out. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff is so sweet! The venue ballrooms were spacious, and they easily accommodated our guest count. We would highly recommend them to host your next event or just for a place to stay when you’re visiting Raleigh.Report
Ms. Lane at the ftont desk and the entire staff always provide an awesome experience!!Report
The staff is very nice here. It’s a busy and older hotel. Some of the amenities are dated. Any action in the hallways, is easily heard in the room. Don’t plan a sleep in if you’re there on a busy night. ||Good value on the breakfast for Bonvoy members. Currently giving a voucher for restaurant. Better than the lounge. They should just keep this. ||I’ve been coming to this hotel for a long time and am always happy to see Tegest working at the restaurant bar. She’s lovely and treats me with so much kindness. A real highlight. ||Will be back.Report
Great common places to gather around the hotel both in the lobby, bar, restaurant and outdoor areas. The heated ceiling features were nice in the cooler month. |Wished there were microwaves in every room but aside from that our room worked well for our family.Report

Fawn did an excellent job with serving us. My wife came down A little later and she greeted and served her as well. We both had the same experience which went great! She was very patient and quick with her serving. She also had A bright sense of humor which we loved! Her smile was contagious for A 8am guest! Thank you we will definitely look forward to seeing her when we visit Raleigh again.Report
