Communication continues to be a problem with this service department. Was told car would be ready by end of day after leaving it the night before. No phone call until next morning when we were told part wasn’t even in yet.

From the moment I called them I have received an outstanding and respectful service. Theresa made sure nobody will be seeing the vehicle I picked out online before I got there an hour after our initial call. That feeling of security and respect made me feel valued as a person and as a customer.
Throughout the whole buying process I was treated with friendliness, thoughtfulness and respect. I am a 56 years old single woman, so that was a big deal. I was not feeling rushed or tricked. The atmosphere was calm, and supportive. I was informed of every step.
I met wonderful and personable people, no fake forcing of personal connection or appeasing.
I came home with the vehicle I picked, with fair pricing.
I absolutely highly recommend!
