NOCO- Before hiring this company to care for your loved-one, please be aware of their very shady hiring practices. They hire in-home caretakers before a background check is conducted or time to really make a good hiring decision. I tried r& a home care for a good recommendation for a colleague. For my first time getting started with home care I'm even now don't want to look any farther due to my treatment by the care coordinator and then caregiver. The staff personnel were full of excuses and unprofessional behavior. I was getting care for an urgent care that i have been waiting for since October. My case worker that is a liaison with r&a home care are very disappointed with this home care agency. I would never recommend them to anyoneRe: Poor compassionate care b ... I am extremely satisfied with the quality of services provided to my father by R&A Homecare. The customer care service is truly welcoming, professional and helpful. They offered lots of great options and helped us to choose what is best for us. The staff is very well trained and respectful, which is very important to me. It was easy to get along with them and they were very friendly to my dad. They go above and beyond for clients and their needs and they are always there in time. I would recommend this company to anyone!Report
I have been using R&A for almost a year now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. They provide my sons respite, community connections, and homemaker support services through the CES waiver. My son is autistic and has type 1 diabetes. It is so challenging to find someone who is able to handle his complex needs. The staff is so kind and professional. They have gone above and beyond so many times for me. I've worked with several different respite providers in the past and R&A is by far the best I've worked with.Report

As a parent who's child receives services through this company it's very hard to get in touch with anyone reguarding my child's care.
