David was incredible! He was timely, kind, and able to tackle dirt and grime that had collected onto carpet that had adhesive on it. Scheduling was easy, technicians were able to address all of my concerns over the phone, and they went above and beyond to give me preemptive tips to better care for stains in the future. This was my first experience with r1 carpet and tile care cleaning. I was referred to him because of his expertise in water extraction services. My primary reason for his help and expertise was to drain the water from my water bed mattress and remove it from my bed frame to make way for a new mattress. We found at this time the frame needed a new adjustment to accommodate the new mattress. He helped with this as well. He went out of his way to help me as much as he could and I appreciated that. It was a welcomed relief to have his help. I can't say enough about David and his responsive service to my situation. I would recommend him for any type of cleaning or work like he had done for me.
