I ended up buying a newer jeep being told I would get many benefits. Loaner car for any reason we had to bring our jeep in also our first couple oil changes would be free. But for some reason I got the worst treatment I was told I would get a call back same day but I had to call them back a week later just to be told no they don’t have loaners and I had to remind them about the free oil change which the receptionist was mad about came back after taking to her boss with attitude on her face other wise I would have paid $120. Won’t be going back there for a vehicle

I bought a used Silverado 2500 from them a couple of days ago, and it was a great experience! The truck was in excellent condition, they answered all my questions clearly, and the process is one of the least painless buying experiences I have ever had. Troy Payne helped me out, and exceeded my expectations. I normally buy used cars from individuals, because it is almost always less hassle for me than dealing with dealerships. Bartlesville CDJR is an exception. The process was great...especially my interaction with Troy. I'd definitely buy from them again.

awful and lies over the phone to make u drive to the middle of nowhere… I was very clear about what I had over the phone and they said they could make it happen and then I drove an hour away from where I was to go make it happen and obviously these people do not know how to do business or talk over the phone or be honest but anyways, to the short little man that tricked me to go out there, thank you so much for wasting my time. I feel like you should know who you are.

Took my brand new truck in to b serviced in April because it was making a noise that sounded like a u joint they kept it 24 hours and told me it was the trailer hitch when I picked my truck up I pulled in to the highway and the noise was still there called them back and made another appointment they had my truck for 2 weeks never called until I filled out a survey that they sent me they called me the next morning and told me they were changing the u joint and my truck would b ready in the afternoon when I picked the truck up the service tech tried to say something to me about the survey I filled out how it wasn’t good for the department overall I told him that I guess they should have fixed my truck right the first time I left with my truck and the noise was still there so I called them back and the service tech said he wanted me to bring it back so he could test drive it I told him I would bring it back up there as soon as he made me an appointment we made the appointment and I took my truck back in for the the 3rd time and about 2 weeks in a lady from the dealership called and asked how my truck was running since my service I told her I don’t know because you guys still have my truck she apologized and said she would have a service tech call me and he did and he told me that they put a new drive shaft on the truck and it was still making the same noise that they were going to hook it up to diagnostic machines to try and figure out the problem and that was 2 and a half weeks ago they have in total had my truck for 5 weeks now I called today to check on it and the service tech handling my truck is on vacation so the lady said she would call me back when the other service tech got in they never called back and I still have no answers to what is wrong with it yes they gave me a loner truck to drive that is definitely several steps down from the amenities of my truck

I had been looking to trade my previous car in, not only for something newer but for something I could have all on my own with a cosigner. Chris Ruddick was nothing but amazing and SUPER PATIENT with me throughout the whole process. He answered every single one of my questions, not once but multiple times. Today he made my wish come true! I HIGHLY recommend him!!

We are leaving this review so that others are aware of what seems to be a deceptive business practice this dealership used.

I was hoping to purchase a 2023 Dodge Charger or Challenger as they are not being made anymore. I found one at this dealership. We discussed pricing, discounts, car details, and even filled out a credit application to show my interest and deal with everything on the front end of the transaction. The goal was to show up and purchase the vehicle since we had everything lined up to do so.

The Bartlesville Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep website shows the vehicle listed as NEW with 12 miles on the odometer. We anticipated the mileage may vary slightly due to test driving. After getting in to test drive I noticed the car had over 2k miles and was then told it is actually a demo vehicle.

After giving a clear option to reduce the price to make it right, they refused to budge and we decided to walk away from the transaction.

We also looked at another vehicle that did not match up with mileage and it was also stated to be a demo vehicle as well.

This dealer is not disclosing when NEW vehicles are actually being utilized as demo vehicles. When we asked our sales person about why they didn’t disclose this she stated “it got you here didn’t it?”. We drove 3 hours to this dealership for this disappointing interaction, and returned home, another 3 hours later, without the car we traveled for.
