Terrible experience. Was told to have my Jeep towed in last week and it sat until today. Was called and told I needed and new tire, ok? Can you do that or no? I guess not bc they had me tow it to another shop to change the tire. Original issue still there. Called back to have it brought back the same day and told they can’t help me? What? Is this not the specialized location for service? I’m so confused.

We are customers for life from Sales, finance to service every aspect of this operation is top notch. This is the first time we’ve ever really had to use their service department, but what a phenomenal job. They had a rental car available ( Dodge Charger) they under, promised us and over delivered on our expectations. We expected parts to take almost 2 weeks, but they got the job done for drivetrain repair in less than four days.

Just picked up a 2024 gladiator. I LOVE this truck. My experience with quigley was perfect! I’ve bought MANY vehicles from just as many different dealerships and never had a more pleasant experience. My salesman Jim was nothing short of a gentleman, he knew all about the truck, he wasn’t pushy at all, and was friendly and professional. This was the smoothest and least stressful vehicle purchase I’ve experienced even with the financing issues I had. They gave me a great deal on my trade in, I didn’t feel any pressure to buy options and add ons, and they didn’t pester me with warrantees I don’t need. They are an honest and straightforward dealership with the best prices in a 100 mile radius. They also offer a large discount for law enforcement which is a really nice gesture. I’ll be buying my next jeep at quigley
