The staff is extremely friendly and respond immediately when I have an IT issue. I have had interactions with Kyle King and RJ Batsch, specifically on the phone, and they were very patient with me in assisting me with the clean up of my PC and corrupt files. Our architecture firm just recently signed a contact with Quality IP and have nothing but positive service. They truly care about giving us the best service and product.
