This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Not just with an electric company or repair, but with any company I've dealt with in general. We had issues with our power and Phillipe was able to get our issue looked at and resolved same day!!! Not only that, but he resolved adjacent issues and even installed a new fan for us. Aside frome being able to diagnose and resolve our issues quickly and professionally, he was an extremely friendly person with excellent customer service skills. He treated me and my family like human beings and not like just another client which I value very highly. I would highly recommend this company and the services they provide.

I am new to NM and needed electrical service for a fuse box issue. My sister, whom I hadn't seen in 2 years was flying in from Vermont. I knew no one to ask, so I went online to read reviews. That was how I found Felipe....He is everything and beyond the wonderful reviews of him as a person and his work ! He actually answered his own phone and arranged to come check out my issue on his way home from a day of working. He came back in a few days, at the exact time that he said he would and fixed the problem. That is the excellence of Felipe and his business ! I will use his services for anything that comes up and I have the greatest respect for him. Grateful that he genuinely cares for both his work and the people he helps.

I have called on these guys twice now, and both times they listened to what I wanted, made it happen fast, and charged me an unpainful rate. I won't look for another electrician- these guys are my go-to from now on!

Quality Electric did an amazing job of relocating the dining room hanging lamp box and installing my antique lamp! They were on time, friendly, and even rewired the old wires on my lamp! Ten out of ten for Quality Electric!

Felipe and his team did a great job for a great price! We had a big job which required trenching to bury our main line and replace our panel, everything was put back in place after the dig. All his team were friendly and professional.
