PuroClean of Massapequa

PuroClean is one of the most professional companies I have worked with in the longest time. Sal and staff immediately diagnosed the issue. They worked tirelessly in a small space. They were thorough clean and respectful to prepping my home for the work that was required. Do not use anyone else this company knows what they are doing and resolved completely to above my expectations. I wish more companies operated like PuroClean a delight to work with. Thank you Sal and staff. I would highly recommend this company.

5 Stars are not enough to describe my satisfaction with Sal at PuroClean. From initial contact through job completion, he was professional, polite, reliable and honest. He did a thorough inspection, cleaning & sealing of a 65 year old crawl space & left it better than it was in 1956! His rate was beyond fair; it was amazing. Most of all, Sal was a pleasure to deal with. I'd call no one else if I were you. Thank you, Sal!

I found them very responsive, professional and neat. Explained carefully all services performed and why. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a professional and responsive restoration and water cleanup. I have used other firms in the past and this franchise of PuroClean has done the best job of any others.

Sal and the rest of the PuroClean team were amazing! They were very responsive, accommodating, professional, and sensitive to a very difficult situation (severe flooding in our house from Hurricane Ida). Our home flooded with nearly 6 feet of water and sustained major damage. Our family felt overwhelmed with the degree of cleanup and demo that was required as mold was quickly forming in our house. Sal and his team were incredible in handling the remediation, all while being sympathetic to our concerns and extremely frayed nerves. Highly recommend these guys for your cleanup needs!

It was a very stressful situation with a sewage pipe break in my mothers basement on a holiday weekend 7/03/21. We couldn't have been any more satisfied with the prompt response received. We have a 1989 38ft Sea Ray aft cabin with original seats and interior.The owner Sal did a awesome job .He made the seating look like new and removed all mold and water stains from the boat. He showed up on time and was very professional. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend him.

SAL of PuroClean of Massapequa did a wonderful job of removing a mold problem that we had. His company was very professional with their services, reliable. Neat and clean doing the work with outstanding results. I would highly recommend this company and his staff, we were very impressed with the results.
