We had water damage from our refrigerator, Puro Clean came in and removed our flooring and inspected the walls. Sean Thomas and his crew were always extremely polite, reliable, professional, courteous And ready to answer questions. Responsive with phone calls and follow through I highly recommend using them. The representatives from PuroClean were informative, efficient, and very professional. Danny, Sean, and Junior quickly identified all the problematic areas and expertly applied all the tools at their disposal to address the issues. They also checked in daily to assess the progress of the restoration and the status of the equipment. They were personable and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend using this company.

Danny, Sean and Junior cleaned up the water leak from upstairs to kitchen below. I appreciated that they put shoe covers, wore masks; that they explained the process the other water cleanup guys never did; showing where the problem is, what they are going to do to fix it and in the end showed again thru a tool that the area is dry. They work quickly and efficiently. For a situation that already makes me anxious, I feel better knowing this crew did a great job ! Thank you so much!

Puro Clean Team was very efficient, professional and experienced in the remediation work they performed. Communication was excellent, kept me informed of all phases of the job. I had extensive water damage as a result of a burst pipe which impacted an upstairs bedroom, garage, and storage room (within garage). Highly recommend.
