Very personable and timely. Great to work with and very professional. Beautiful work.

I started this process with Pure Granite & Stone back in the Summer of 2021 and today the final results and I couldn't be happier. Alex was my first contact and the rest of crew from Michael who measure to Chris, Logan and Shawn who did the install was all pros. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who's looking for stone company for their project.

We found everyone at Pure Granite & Stone to be attentive, informed, and friendly. We loved every aspect of the process - from the initial meeting, choosing the stone, to the measuring and installation of our granite to be nothing but positive! They were great to work with during this process. From start to finish it only took 2 weeks, and that was in the middle of the holiday season & pandemic. We ordered quartz kitchen counter tops and the installation went perfect. They were on time and very professional. The process was painless and stress free. We absolutely love the finished product!

Poor installation job. Pure Granite buys slabs from the local granite wholesalers, marks up the price, and does installation, so their only value add is installation. My usual fabricator was booked two months out so picked Pure Granite in order to get a rehab to market quickly. Project included kitchen, island, full bath and half bath. No complex cuts or edges.

When the installation crew arrived, I discovered that most of the installers were recent hires and only one of the installers had any real experience installing granite. By the time that the crew left for the day, the job was only partially completed and in checking what was done, the full bath install was botched… significantly out of level and not flush with cabinets. I had the crew come back and tear out the bath install. This required repairing the drywall. Once the drywall was repaired I rescheduled the installation for the following week. Monday… no call, no show. Rescheduled for following Thursday and called to confirm for the installation to be done in the afternoon. No show.

Installer finally called at 6:30PM to say they were running late… rescheduled for the following week. On the final visit, the invoice that was $1000 higher than what was originally quoted, and included additional charges for the visits that were needed to come back and correct their mistakes. The kitchen backsplash install was never completed.

Don't confuse the look of the slabs with the quality of the installation. Granite is expensive and while the slabs might look great, a poor quality installation process will destroy your investment.

Hi Bob, When we installed your kitchen your island was not ready, so we had to reschedule your date. We rescheduled your install and the second time we came out the Island was still not ready. We squeezed you in a third time, so that we could get the job complete and that is why the installers were running late, we informed you that we would have them come at the end of the day. We completed the backsplash, so I am not sure where that comment is coming from. We installed this job in August and this is the first we are hearing of any of this. Lastly, your price didn't change, the price we invoiced you for is the price you paid. The only change in your invoice was due to you changing the granite you wanted. I have included pictures of the bathroom and kitchen with the backsplash, if there is something we are missing her we would love to know.

Would recommend!

Installation was quick and easy. From when we ordered and gave the measurements it was only a week or two before installation!
