PUPS Pet Club

We have been taking our dog to PUPS for 3 years. He goes to daycare once or twice/week and does the occasional overnight. We have always enjoyed the pup cams, and now they send "report cards" too. PUPS provides a great service - they are professional and reliable and more importantly, our dog enjoys going to see the attendants just as much as the other dogs!

Everyone there is very nice and my groomer took great care of my senior dog!?

My dog is always happy to go in for his grooming and is happy when I pick him up. They do a good job caring for him and do an amazing job with his grooming!

Have been greatly impressed with the dog walking and day care services offered at the Streeterville location for Pups Pet Club. All staff members are professional, service oriented, and customer friendly in their interactions. My pup is very happy to go there for day care - and appears to have more fun walking with the Pups Pet Club dog walker than with me!

I was hesitant to bring my 5 month old Shihtzu puppy to daycare but I knew he needed socialization and to make some furry friends. He LOVES this place! Always eager to go inside that door!
The staff here is amazing. Always smiling, courteous and very professional. The rooms are always clean and there is always someone in the room with the pups. I can relax knowing that my pup is happy and in good hands. Highly recommend!

I love PUPS!!! I bring in my dog just to look at the other puppy's in the window. Milly is always so sweet and patient with me and she answers all my questions. The staff is always smiling and waving at me when I walk Lewis in the morning!!

Hi I took my dog to get groomed here. I'm in Chicgo working from out of town. Her haircut looks good. She's never had a problem with grooming before and she's 10 years old. First of all the grooming I was told was going to take an hour and it took almost 3 hours. I prefer to have one on one grooming that doesn't take that amount of time. And when I got her back she didn't wanna walk she kept licking her lady part the next day we woke up and it was red and swollen. I called and informed them about the matter and they said a manager would call me and I have not heard from a manager yet and it's almost a week later. I guess either the clippers were dull or they were too hot. I took her to the vet to get checked out. She was so uncomfortable for 4 days. When I took her to the vet today she was shaking more then she has ever shaken before so she has been Traumatized by her grooming experience.
