Puente Hills Hyundai

After my recent experience, I would definitely recommend going to a different dealership.
The employees I dealt with here (Chris D. and Sonny) really made sure to create a false sense of security and trust by smooth talking and acting like they are looking out for customers which was just not true- at least in my situation. I was lied to repeatedly (before, during and after the transaction) and told that there was not a markup on the car I ended up leasing. The actual price of the car (which I assumed to be MSRP because I was not told otherwise) was not disclosed or explained to me until I was in the office signing paperwork- and after I had already signed my trade-in over to them. Sonny went on and on about APRs and credit tiers and monthly payment amounts instead, specifically leaving out the actual price of the car. (As I later found out, they had added a $2,425- "market adjustment fee", I.e. markup.) When I questioned the price I was told by both Sonny and Chris D. that it was due to "dealership add-ons". When I inquired about the specifics of what that meant, Chris D. took days to provide an answer and when he finally called me, he advised that there was in fact a markup added and not the add-ons. He said he was going to look into everything and see what could be done about providing what I had been told was already included and get back to me, then- I stopped hearing back from him. After weeks, several calls, emails and texts later I finally got ahold of him by phone; then all he did was blame it on "miscommunications" and refused to take responsibility for my being lied to. It makes sense now why I had to be there for about 4 hours with Sonny and Chris D. going back and forth with long waits in between-because that way, they can blame their deceitful tactics on "miscommunication.
On top of all this, they still have not paid off my trade in which they've had since Dec. 4 (writing this on the Dec. 21).

TLDR: Go anywhere else. This dealership will have you waiting hours on end, will omit details and lie to your face to make money off you then refuse to take ownership of that or rectify the situation when you ask for explanation. They also take a long time to pay off your trade in, mine is still outstanding since about 3 weeks ago.

Ive had my car for not even 3 months and it's been nothing but disappointing. If you chose to purchase from hyundai DO NOT use hyundai finance, for financing options get a recommendation from someone you know and trust. Do NOT use hyundai finance.
