I had the exact same experience as the last person who rated this company. The technician, let's call him "Joey" came out to service my refrigerator. "Joey" (by the way, I have shoes older than "Joey") went to the refrigerator, removed the kick plate and told my wife that the coils are dirty and that was the problem. He didn't do anything else. He simply said it would be $60. He never moved the refrigerator out, never checked the thermostat which was the issue, nothing! I spoke with "Joey" over the phone and told him that he should have checked the thermostat or at least do a diagnostic on the fridge. Joey's reply to me was "Oh so you're a refrigerator technician now?" I simply asked for his office number and would handle it that way. When speaking with, let's call her "Kiara" she explained to me that the technician Joey" diagnosed the problem and didn't offer much of anything else. To be honest, this company is a waste of time and don't waste your money dealing with them. They are unprofessional, rude and clueless.
