We highly recommend Dean Main at the 104th location, he is great! We needed to purchase a vehicle very quickly in order to travel for the holidays. Dean & the team made the experience really positive, and we felt like we got a fair deal. We love our new truck, it is exactly what we were looking for.

Emily was super helpful! I had my issues with my jeep addressed at another company and they were just brushed aside and here I had it taken care of right away.

Brought my Truck in for repair on a covered warranty item.

Appointment was scheduled with the customer service team. I let them know we couldn't be without the vehicle for an extended period of time. They let me know my warranty covered a rental car, so if we couldn't get our truck fixed, we could have a rental from enterprise.

What I wasn't told, was the service center has 24-48 hours to diagnose the issue, then make sure it's covered under warranty. If it is a covered repair I could get a rental vehicle then.

The service manager said I could get a rental car before we found out if the repair was covered, but it would be 100% my responsibility to pay for it. Even better he went on to tell me my TCA (complete warranty) didn't cover the full expense for a rental car so i would still have to pay out of my pocket even if the repair is covered.

The vehicle did get fixed, the next day & the repair was covered under the warranty.

I was not impressed by the poor communication from your team. If your customer service team schedule service appts they should let your customers know what to expect, not give inaccurate information. People are making plans around dropping cars off and being without their vehicle, they should know what to expect to plan accordingly

I would have given 2 1/2 stars if that was an option.

Greg, Rachel, Phillip and Matt took great care of us and were very helpful in helping us get a good car in our price range and the payments where we needed them with a great warranty. Thanks for the great service!

Exceptional service for the express oil change with free Uber rides around town while you wait. Service advisor communicated every step of the way and was very easy to message via text on your phone. I felt the price was very affordable for the oil change offer they had going when I came in for service.
