Specifically went with priority based on lead time for our project. Process was painful. Weren't kept in the loop when times changed. Only found out since we had to follow up to find out what was happening and only then did we get informed that the timeline has doubled. Several weeks after the order. Quote was wrong initially lacking key options. Overall would not recommend or use again.

My wife and I were looking for a quality company to install some custom windows, We checked out about 5 different company's and after we visited there showroom we were convinced that priority was our to go to. This is a glowing 5-star review of Mark Landers @ Priority Doors and Windows. Mark is the most genuine and honest sales person I've come across. Go see him for your next exterior door project! I had a unique situation relating to the location of my home. Mark could have sold many different/similar manufacturer doors he had available in his vast showroom. It was going to be a $25K project. Instead, after extensive consult, he recommended competitor's brand because his contract did not allow him to sell the exact doors that I needed for my situation. He also recommended a trusted/vetted/licensed contractor for my install that I will be using for my job.
