Laser Support Services has been serving the Raleigh Durham, NC area since 1996. We are a locally owned company that specializes in selling and servicing new, used and refurbished printers, HP Designjet Plotters & scanner primarily to business customers. Our company also rents printers and copiers for short term needs and projects. We do a great deal of our business locally, but also sell equipment on line at a substantial savings. Our clients range from small home offices to Fortune 100 companies. Every customer is important to us.
We also have certified technicians who perform repair service for customers in our area. Laser Support Services is an authorized service and repair center for HP, Canon, Lexmark, Zebra and Xerox. Our factory-trained technicians can handle both depot and on-site service needs in a quick and professional manner.
Please also note that our customers are free to pickup any purchased equipment and save the shipping costs. We are experts in office printers, designjet plotters and copiers because that is all we do. We value our customers and treat each one with respect.
I ordered a printer, scanned and emailed my CC info with photo ID as instructed, they charged my card, then I got an email saying that the order was cancelled. I emailed them and they told me to dispute the charge.
I had spent days trying to connect my HP LaserJet 4050n to my Mac and was getting nowhere, I even had a Tech come in and look at it, and he couldnt fix it either. I don't know how I came across Printer Stop ad but I took a chance and called. Mark answered and listened to me and said its your network card. Took a chance, purchased a network card from him , came home switched the card and within five minutes I was printing!!!!! Amazing how much time Ispent on this and he knew the problem just from what I told him over the phone! I will see him for all my printer issuses. Thanks Mark!
Over the last few months I have had the pleasure of working with many of the staff and I really need to say they go the extra mile in explaining products and solutions for you. With the intent of sharing how happy I am I need to share that a did buy a product that came damaged, which happened in shipping and no questions asked they shipped me a new one. They just do a fantastic job it is that simple.
