Reviews are fake.... Matt is a crook, little to no communication after you give him money, if you will notice closely (which I failed to do) all the people that review prime management, only have reviewed 4 or less business, that is a lot when you have make up that many profiles and with 4 or less reviews when 1 or 2 people are doing the reviews

UPDATE: how does this con artist know whether or not my reviews of other businesses are legit or not, if I, the home owner committed the fraud, who made up and signed the estimate???? come with something more believable than this MATT!!!!! The truth is the truth, Prime Management still has my money, and I STILL have the unfinished work.

Do NOT ago into business with Matt, after all the threats and bullying from this company, I FINALLY settled and got a portion of my money back after 8 long months

We are under legal dispute with this reviewer for insurance fraud. Our work speaks for itself and is backed up by the kind reviews left for us across multiple social media channels by our happy customers. However, we will pause any project when there is clear evidence of insurance fraud and breach of contract by the homeowner. In digging into this review profile there are several unfair reviews to other local businesses.

Matt showed-up when he said he would and was quick and professional. He sent the quote promptly. He kept me informed of when they would come-out to do the work. He was conscientious about warning me that the attic would be messy and recommended that I removing anything delicate. He was also careful to ask about any of the plants in my garden (I'm a BIG gardener) that may need special care. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.

Outstanding experience with Matt and Prime Management. Already in the initial meeting Matt spent a lot of time with us discussing the options, made a detailed model for the renovation, had great suggestions for the plan, and the pricing was better than other contractors we interviewed. During the work, he was extremely professional, punctual, immediately responded to any question, his crew was excellent, and the quality of work was superb. The highest recommendation!!

Met with Matt, the owner of the company. His bid was competitive, he accompanied up on the whole thing as promised, and the roof replacement was scheduled shortly and finished on time. We ultimately went with Prime Management due to the fact the bid covered extras that the different organizations did not offer, introduced a ridge vent, painted a rusty vent pipe and repainted the flat roof on the home's addition. Matt and his team, saved us updated all through the workday via texting pictures of the job's progress, and answered questions and helped me check out the roof first-hand when the work was completed. Overall a excellent experience working with Prime Management. I would suggest the organization to neighbors in want of roof repair or replacement.

Matt came at the appointed time to look at the project new bathroom and kitchen. He was very professional throughout and was very patient in explaining to us very helpful information to our understanding of our planned project. The project is however presently on hold due to unexpected development on our part but we are still seriously considering hiring to do the project once we finalize plans. We also would be recommending him to our friends to consider his services if their need arises. I give him high marks for honesty and professionalism. Thanks Matt and Prime Management.

Prime Management team did a great job!! They replaced our roof and our fence after the recent storms. Very satisfied with the quickness and quality of the work. Highly recommend these guys and we will use them again if needed.

Very well mannered young men and they did a great job. As we read in the reviews they were not the cheapest, but this is the case when you get what you pay for.

These guys are grade A! My mom reached out to them about her much needed home repairs and they pointed put other things that everyone else missed. They are very understanding of how everyone has been effected financially and they helped her out with a payment plan that was beyond reasonable. If you want a great job from a great group of guys these are the ones you want on it.
