We are a family owned and operated mechanic service with over 16 years experience. You will not get the run around with us. We are a honest reliable company that is confident that once you use our services you will be leaving with a smile and completely assured that you made the right choice.

Prime Auto started in Bullhead City Arizona, during the summer of 1995 with 2 young mechanics willing to do roadside repairs on vehicles traveling up the treacherous hwy 68 from Laughlin Nevada, to Kingman Arizona. In that area the summer heat can reach into the 140′s and to get a mechanic to work in those temperatures was and still is almost unheard of, but they did it and at a reasonable rate. Prime Auto in most cases bypassed the need for a tow truck, tow bill and a $90+ an hour shop rate, using a 1977 Datson pickup fully equipped for almost any roadside repair! Since then new vehicles have come along, requiring new training, new tools and a new way of business.

Prime Auto is now one mechanic and his wife, in Yavapai County Arizona, still striving to eliminate the need for a tow truck and a bill at a reasonable rate. The goal is to make you the customer, as comfortable as you can be, whether your having the job done at our shop, your house, work place, or roadside with our mobile services. We understand business depends on satisfied customers, you can depend on our small business.
