Not the greatest experience. The car they tried to sell me smelled like mold and it was a 2023. The dealership also ran my credit after I already told them I was paying cash. Russell is the worst car salesman and please avoid him.Report
Love this place! Drove an hour to get the car I've been looking for for a long time! 2018 Toyota Camry XSE. Salesman and the financial guys were great, Jimmy and Nik. Thank you guys for being honest, not beating around the bush and just telling me the truth. Got an excellent deal on my car, not a lot on my trade in, but it was old and tired. Would happily recommend friends and family to come visit yinz to get their cars. Thanks again Preston Honda for making my dream come true ❤Report
Worst experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I bought a Chevy Traverse.. I test drove the vehicle, the salesman never asked if I was interested, just took us in the dealership and began the process. The day after I decided to purchase it they lowered the price online and the guy told me they lowered it weeks before but not true, because my first sales agreement was higher. The driver side wiper blade was broken which they would not replace on the vehicle for me. I got 20 miles down the rode and the message came on it needed washer fluid, when got almost home which I live an hour away, my change oil light came on. The salesman told me I just need to reset the oil life, that they had changed the oil in October. I have had the car a month and the message came on again saying engine oil low add oil soon. Yes my oil was low and had to add oil already. No reason I should have had to add oil already. In less than a month I had to replace wipe blade and add oil. Oh and he says when I went to pick the vehicle up, " I got you 2 remotes". The one remote does not even work, I'm sure it just needs a battery, but point is it doesn't work. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR EVER.Report

Our company bought a used Mazda cx5 with 19k miles, we mention about the bald front tires but nothing done about it before purchase. With fresh inspection stickers and asking 25k dollars you would think they would at least put two front tires on, but no instead they sell a car right before winter with bald front tires. Very disappointing and something needs to be done to correct this issue in the future. Tires are at state minimum 2/32nds so legally it was stickered but still come on ridiculous!Report
Bought a used, higher mileage 2017 CRV through Preston Honda last year. Bill was a great salesman and the staff were friendly, personable and not your typical pushy salespeople you find at other dealers. The CRV has been a great car even for having over 100k miles. Had a couple maintenance jobs done at their service center and we are always impressed with the speed and efficiency of their techs. Recently went in for an oil leak which they took care of quickly. We look forward to buying all of our future cars through Preston!Report
We just purchased a Certified 2022 Honda Pilot from Russell last week. He was great to work with and we love our new Honda!Report
The best!! Josh Fleegle, and Paul Makarevich took care of me in sales, and got me into a supppper sick Jaguar.Report
It was truthfully the best car buying experience of my life. They explained everything to me, even taught me a few new things.
No pressure, and they are only there to help.
In finance Nick Sormaz had us through the paperwork and out the door - smooth.
Thank you guys for everything!
Highly recommend.
I brought my CPO 2019 Honda Civic in for a fuel pump replacement due to a recall and an oil change. I picked my car up from the dealership afterwards and all the paint on driver side mirror was chipped and bubbled as if someone spilled some kinda chemical on it. I was told that they weren’t responsible and that it showed up like that. I was not shown the camera footage despite asking for it. I bought this car from them over a year ago and put less than 4000 miles on that car in a year. It sits in a garage for most of the day. A employee told me that he would order 2 new skull caps for the mirrors, but I would be responsible for paying for one of them. I had a great experience buying my car, but I don’t think I’ll ever come back.Report
