Fui para hacer un cambio de un turbo y terminaron metiéndole otras piezas y cobrándome el doble del precio sin avisar y de muy mala gana me atendieron haciéndome pagar más de 7k por un arreglo que solo costaba 3k y cuando lo llevé a otro taller para que me revisaran el turbo que seguía fallando me dijeron que en la Ford Prestige lo habían sellado y no cambiado . Molestó un poco con la situación fue hablar con el gerente y el señor de muy mala actitud en vez de ser amable y mirar me dijo que eso no era problema de él . Realmente eso no habla muy bien de esa compañía y mucho menos de los gerentes y empleados que hacen engaño para sacarle la plata a la gente que cree en que un lugar como estos va a ser honesto.

I've had my 2020 Ford Mustang in and out of the service department here for a window motor/trim adjustment issue. The multiple service advisors, service manager, and technicians had numerous communication issues about what needed repairing/replacing after they replaced the window motor in January, which did not fix the problem. They have had my car several times since then, each time scheduling time to drop it off, and then it's not fixed. The service department appears to have set its goals low and consistently failed to meet them. No, the service department has not fixed the issue; they have had it for the fourth time since January. I will take my business elsewhere for warranty or service bulletin work in the future; Prestige service is anything but that.

In the past, I did not have any troubles with taking my car here to be serviced or fixed. In recent months there seems to be new management and staff and the quality or work and service is the worst. I took my car to be fixed and when I got it back within no time it was worst than when I took it in. I am so terrified of what would happen to car if I took it for a simple oil change. This is unacceptable. Very poor service !! I will not take my car here or recommended this place to anyone.

Appt time means nothing. Simple oil change and waited an hour and half before they even started. No communication that it would take that long. Inconsiderate of customers time. I understand busy but be honest!

Wanted to bring my F150 for service. Call the Service department for 6 hours today. Was directed to the cashiers voicemail. No one answered the phones in Service.

Too bad I cant give a Zero. Came on weekend and Service MGR tells me to come Monday morning at 730 to get oil change and look at check engine light. I see car pulled back to lot at 930ish. I go to ask if they are done and MGR says no they are going to look at the codes. I go back inside grab my laptop and go in my truck to do work. 1130 i go and ask if my car is done. Guy doing paperwork says "oh yeah" let me print the receipt at the cashier. I guess if I didnt say anything i could have stayed there all day.

Brought my truck in this morning for service. Nobody has called at all. Haven’t had any correspondence. I’ve called their location probably 9 times today to get someone to give me something of an update. But nothing. Passed along over and over and no answer. Please, for the love, give me a freaking update or call.

I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change. My car has been ready for over a hour. Whoever is in charge of getting the paperwork to the cashier hasn't bothered to turn it in yet.
