They wrote my service order wrong, and refused to make me a separate invoice as over $500 of my bill is supposed to be reimbursed, if filed correctly. I travel extensively, have dealt with Audi dealers nationwide, and I will NEVER give them any more business. When they say they can't do something, it is simply an excuse for LAZY people. Other dealers in the area, your loss.Report
Such a disappointing experience with Prestige Audi. Back in August (14th to be exact) I had to take my Q5 in for a recall. The service advisor, Dave was great and suggested my two front tires be replaced. I had recently replaced the two rear tires at Discount Tire and knew the front ones were close to be ready for replacement. So we went ahead with it, given the delay in the parts for the recall. Now I am seeing what a horrible mistake that was.Report
I don't drive much as I travel out of state every week for work. Over the last 6 weeks my front tire has lost air pressure a few times, so yesterday I took at to Discount Tire as they will fix a hole at no charge. They informed me that the tire was improperly placed on the rim and thus there was damage to some component (I dont recalled what they called it) and it will need to be replaced. So I called Audi. Unfortunately Dave is on vacation this week. So I got to work with Alexis. He first tries to convince me that they replaced the rear tires. No Alexis, I have the receipts from both companies. The he texts "We will quote you a tire tomorrow. The pirelli tire that is currently on the vehicle is a summer tire. (no Alexis they are sport tires, I bought the audi fully upgraded). I informed him that if they are going to make me pay for a tire that they installed correctly to cancel my appointment.
so Alexis asks me via text if he should cancel. Yes, Alexis, and I won't be back to your dealership. Being a car enthusiast, having bought 3 Porsches, 2 BMWs, 4 Mercedes and 2 Audi's, usually upgrading my car every 3 years, I won't be buying my next car or my car for my son at Prestige either.
Recommend everyone to go to Discount Tires, they provide great service, know tires better than Prestige, and they warrant their work.
Had a great service experience with Dave Ficca as my service advisor. He was patient with me when I had to make a scheduling change, they went above and beyond in helping me diagnose the problem, and took great care of me with a nice and clean loaner car. Dave over communicated and was always available. I highly recommend asking for Dave.Report
Prestige is the customer’s dream-team for Audi - Sales and Service! Corey Robinson (Service Advisor) and his team always get it done right and make the experience an absolute pleasure. Matt Lynch (Sales) knows people like to buy rather than be sold, which is just one of so many things that make buying from him so enjoyable. Scott West (GM) brings these amazing people and so many more together like the conductor of the Berlin Philharmonic.
