Natalia was fantastic in helping us purchase an Audi Q3 that we love and look forward to driving for many years! She walked the lot with us and found a perfect match for what we had been looking for the last few months. We couldn't be happier with the design, features, and driving experience of this gorgeous, blue Audi with the black optics package. The purchasing experience was professional, streamlined, and easy. The finance manager was very helpful and worked with our budget to make the experience a positive one including making our lease trade-in simple and stress free. Michael spent time shopping rates to get us the best financing deal. Natalia spent time with us going over all the features of our new car and gave us multiple resources like a contact to learn all the technology and a future service contact. She helped us get signed up with the Audi app too. We have purchased many Audis over the years, and this experience has far exceeded our expectations of a fun and rewarding purchase. We highly recommend reaching out to Natalia and the whole team at Prestige for your next Audi!

Prestige Audi provided me with an amazing customer experience, guiding me in the right direction for what I was looking for. They listened to my needs and helped me decide on the spectacular Q8 e-tron that I'm absolutely loving right now. I am incredibly happy!

I've been coming to this dealer to service my Audi A6 for a few years now, and Dave Ficca in the service department has always been great. He has great customer service, and when my Audi has been in for service, the communication has been great texting me updates all the time as things move with my Audi.. My Audi is at Prestige Audi right now for some repairs, and Kyle Thomas, the tech doing the work, was also really helpful in the video that he sent. Both Dave and Kyle took some time of their day to call me and explain everything that was going on with my car and made sure I understood everything. I first took my Audi to Audi Flatirons, and the service wasn't as great as the type of service I got from Dave. Definitely a 5⭐ service from Dave and Kyle

Was looking for purchasing an Audi here. I was connected with Jose when I reached out. After inquiring about it with few messages, I asked if there is any wiggle room on the price to be dropped down. Jose response to me was that prices are set and I quote “I could drop it by maybe $300 so you feel good and like you got something out of it”. I mean seriously. After that I walked away and told Jose he can keep his $300. Very bad customer service and clearly he didn’t want to sell me a car. I’ll just take my thousands of dollars somewhere else where I will be treated with respect.

OK, mixed review here. So as far as my experience with sales and financing, it was great! I bought a used truck from them and before I took it for a test drive, I noticed it was dripping oil from the filter. They took it back to the shop and said the oil filter wasn't tightened all the way. Got it taken care of and was good to go. I went to change my oil for the first time today. Found out they put the totally wrong oil filter on it... so the service department gets 0 stars!!! The white filter is the correct one, the black one is the one they put on....

I was interested in a BMW X5 at Prestige Audi. Called early in the morning to verify availability and equipment of the X5. Lady called me that it is available, but she has to check on the equipment. I said ok, and told her I will come by any way. At about 2pm I arrived at the dealership and had to talk to another lady, because the one I talked to on the phone was busy the whole day. She said the X5 is available let' go and pick it up. Shortly after she received a call, and someone told her that another salesman picked up the car and they are working a deal on it. I could not get even the key to look at the BMW!
Why the dealership tells you to call to make sure it is available when it does not matter anyway????
I lost about 3 hours of my time with driving and waiting at the dealership.
I cannot recommend Prestige Audi!! There are more dealerships in the area which actually hold a vehicle for you when you call!!

I had been searching for the X3M (F97) in Blue with a white interior for over a year. I looked all over the country. I was in luck finally when one popped up in the used car section of Prestige Audi. I had the pleasure of calling and meeting Jose Luevano on the sales floor. He went over what the used car inspection revealed and things they repaired. I was super happy. He was very professional and got me in and out within an hour! Roman in finance had me covered in no time. There was one issue with the tire outer diameter of the rear tires(4wd damage was imminent) but a quick call with Scott Wondrasch had that sorted out asap! And they provided a loaner car! This is the first major purchase in my life i have not had buyers remorse. This 2020 X3M is an absolute weapon and should not be sold to the general public lol. Thank you to everyone at Prestige Audi for their fine professionalism and efficiency! I will be back!

I purchased my Audi in 2021. Prior to going in for a test drive, I did all my communication via email. The salesman I dealt with via email was very prompt and I had nothing but a very good experience dealing with Prestige via email (which is mainly why I gave 2 stars and not 1 - fair is fair).
I scheduled to go in for a test drive and everything went smooth. The trade in process, the test drive and the interaction with my salesman were all positive. This is about where it ends.
After completing the paper work and being escorted to my new car, my salesman was going to show my how to set up my phone to Android Auto and several other things that we didn't go over during the test drive.
Just as he was about to enter the passenger side door to get in, someone came out and told him he had another customer who just showed up for an appointment. To my shock, he basically brushed me off and told me it was really easy to set up and if I had any questions, I could call him.
NOT a good experience to leave a customer hanging like that but I just brushed it off and left.
I had purchased the Audi Care package, which includes 4 oil changes, etc. Due to the low milage I tend to put on my car, it only needed to be changed once a year. Another selling point Prestige had when I bought the call in 2021 was complimentary valet service. They would come to my house, pick up my car, provide me with a loaner and then return my car to me. I thought this was a huge benefit. Unfortunately, after the second year, I was notified that valet service would now have a cost involved with it. I am sympathetic to businesses needing to cut costs but the right thing to do would have been to "grandfather" those of us that have bought a car from you and started your new policy with anyone buying a car after date. But again, I brushed it off as there really wasn't any negotiating with this new policy.

But my main reason for the 2 star rating is due to the amount of times I've had to call to contact Prestige and RARELY would get a call back. I would have to leave several messages before I would finally get a call back. Additionally, the information provided when I would speak to someone would contradict something I was told previously. It's really frustrating when you are told two entirely different things by two different people. Once I did get a hold of a manager, he did straighten things out but again, it’s the frustration of having to deal with multiple people and not getting a clear answer.
Finally, and most recently, I scheduled service for my last Audi Care. I scheduled it almost a month before my warranty was set to expire. Two days before my scheduled appointment, I received a call telling me they had to cancel my appointment because they don't do this type of maintenance on a Saturday. Prior to getting this call, I spoke to two other people in the service department and both of them were confirming what I was having done. No one mentioned anything about a problem with the service I scheduled. After going back and forth several times with this person, I requested to speak to a manager because she essentially told me that valet or a drop off wasn't an option because they didn't have any loaner cars available prior to my warranty expiring.
Now to be fair, once I spoke to a manager, he was professional and courteous and ultimately did the right thing by allowing my appointment to proceed as scheduled. But again, my issue is the conflicting information and the amount of time and calls I had to make to get this issue resolved.
When I went to pick up my car from being serviced, I was told the receipt was not ready and it would be emailed to me on Monday. When Wednesday came, I made a call to get the receipt and left a message on the voice mail. No reply back so I called again on Thursday - thankfully someone answered the phone. She assured me she would email it to me and I did receive it a few hours later.

Overall, I just find their lack of follow up to be a real nuisance.

I'm new to the Denver area. Had an issue with the Q7, took it to Prestige Audi. I needed a part to remedy a problem by end of day, and after having the car cleaned, needed to know what and where a part found in the back should be put in place.
To be honest, I don't expect much from Dealership Service or Parts depts. However, the Parts Dept Mgr. "Willie Jessup" may be the last of the responsive, caring, technician who goes above and beyond to get the right parts including the little details that may be included in the installation of the part needed - as well as continually dig through schematics till he found where that little plastic cover was supposed to go.
I've been back twice for other items and Willie has been exceptional in every way.
Willie Jessup in Parts has restored my faith that some Dealerships still hire people who truly care about the customer experience.
I hope this gets him the recognition he deserves.
Thank you Prestige Audi and thank you Willie Jessup.

UPDATED 1/28: Follow up on Prestage response.

While I appreciate the clarification regarding the brake replacements and the goodwill coverage offered, I strongly disagree with the explanation provided. I still feel that the resolution and overall customer support we’ve received have not met the level we expect from a brand we’ve trusted for many years. I was explicitly told that there were no run marks or signs of overheating (e.g., no blue markings), which would indicate misuse.

I understand your explanation about the driving conditions potentially contributing to the pulsation issue. However, there were no driving conditions on our end that contributed to the ongoing problem. Despite the repairs, we remain concerned about the recurring issue. After the brake replacement in March 2024, the pulsation issue was immediate, and it has been disappointing to face the same problem after multiple visits. During subsequent visits in July and August, I raised my concerns, only to be told, "I don’t know what to tell you." Additionally, I was informed that no appointment was necessary for oil top-offs, which led to the unscheduled visits.

Regarding the follow-up, Brian initially called me, but when I returned his call, I did not receive a response. Instead, I was contacted by someone else to schedule a follow-up appointment several weeks out. I inquired whether this timeline was acceptable to Brian, and was told I would have to wait. During that follow-up appointment, I did not have the opportunity to speak directly with Brian. Instead, the service representative, who we had always been in contact with, was the primary point of contact.

Given the circumstances. Thank you for your time and attention to my review. I am still left feeling there is no accountability, and the service from LKWD Prestige Audi, has been unhelpful.
