I've done business at Prestige since 1983, and have worked with several service reps over the years. No better than Coray Robinson, Coray gets 5+ stars. Also, the other half of my family (the Borgens) have several Audi products that are serviced at Prestige, and the Borgens have the highest opinion of Corey's professionalism. Corey is always there when we need service on our multiple Audi products.

For years I brought my Audi Q5 to Prestige, never missing a recommended 10k service—even though "service" is basically an absurdly expensive oil change. I figured at least they can handle recalls and warranty issues so it's worth it to have the relationship. It turns out it's not worth it and that's really all they do here, expensive oil changes. When my car was diagnosed with a burnt valve they informed me that they don't do that kind of work (the kind that actually involves turning a wrench) and instead recommended a whole new engine at a cost equal to three times the value of the vehicle. Really?! In the years prior, they also never addressed an underlying issue that eventually lead to the engine problem. Proving to be neither proactive nor accountable in retrospect. Luckily I got a second opinion at a different shop, had the work done and my Audi is running great! In other words, don't bring your car to Prestige for service. Support you local auto shop instead. By the way, I never got a refund for the ridiculous recommended service and unhelpful advice. They kept my money—which adds up to a lot over the years—but they lost a customer. In a word, disappointing.
