We bought an A6 remotely from Texas. Chris helped us, got us over to financing, then took back over and helped us get transportation. Consistently followed up and communicated throughout the process, even after we received our car in Texas. Would gladly do business with him again anytime. Top notch experience.

Absolutely the worst!! Drove 45 minutes to look at a car, had been communicating with Chris. Less than an hour to bring there he acknowledged us coming down to see him. Only to get there, told to wait, then say that the specific car we went to look at had been sold. Not a single call to let us know it was not available!! Absolutely awful customer service.

A special shout out for Corey Robinson in the service department. It's always great talking to someone who really knows his business like Corey does, but he also didn't hesitate to call in some favors to help a customer in a very difficult situation : me. Prestige Audi deserves a five star.

Worst Audi and Porsche dealer in the Denver area. Look elsewhere, UNLESS you don’t care about how much money you spend or the quality of service you receive.

I was reached out to by a little guy named Houston,
he seemed helpful at first and then became snarky and atrociously condescending. Id love to post the screen shots between him and I, but I am sure that's against some sort of privacy law.
I expect this behavior from a sleezy used car salesmen, not one from someone that works at a well established car dealership.

Sad too, definitely lost this dealership a 50,000$ sale
and another 45,000$ sale from my partner who was also looking at a vehicle here.
