Thank you guys soooo much!!! What an experience!! ?This is THE best place to to buy a car ? Everyone there was so kind- Such a warm welcoming environment! And I can't believe how quick and easy the process was. Ramon was my sales guy and he was AWESOME! Super helpful through the ENTIRE process- felt like VIP service and I couldn't be happier!! Will a million percent return there for my next one??? My new Challenger was a Christmas gift to myself ..Thanks to both Ramon and Brandon for making this such a wonderful experience!!

Very pleasant experience of buying an 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L with a free lifetime power train warranty in late September 2021. It's really great to get the warranty since I don't have to worry about some potential & initial issues on a new model.
Jonathan Scallions is a great sales person helped to make a decision on a new Grand Cherokee L through a Costco Auto program. Nate Pereya was really great in the process as well. I have never felt any pressure but friendly and professional environment for my new Jeep. What a great business!

I bought a Ram 1500 from Sonora Dodge. It had some type of electronic problem that the dealership did not tell me. Basically they washed their hands and told me it was my problem now. Frustrated I had it towed to Tracy Dodge. I am glad I'd did because Israel Sanchez, service adviser is now not just a friend now but and awesome professional person. He took care of business and helped me all they through the difficult time. I must have taken the truck to Tracy dodge probably 10 times and each time he took his time to listen to my problem. I finally lemoned the truck and he helped me through the process. He arranged the date and time for Chrysler to pick it up at the dealership. Very professional. Thank you Izzy.

It was painless. I made the appointment that morning and took it in the same afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. I left for lunch and by the time I was done, the truck was ready. Great service!
