Tom came to my house this morning, looked at the mechanics of the the entire system and instantly found the problem. He explained exactly why my door failed, fixed the issue, repaired other minor problems with the opener and door. I discussed buying a new garage door and opener. Tom explained that although we would probably need minor repairs in the next few years, the door and opener were in good condition! Tom is honest, professional and really he really knows his stuff! I will recommend Precision Door Service and will be a repeat customer!

Told us at the most 400.00 for repair came out and tried to charge 900.00. All we needed was a spring replaced. Plus wanted 99.00 service fee not even mention ???? to us when we called. Rude tech also.

James did a great job of explaining my repair options after he evaluated the condition of my garage door. Once the work was complete, James and his colleagues did a comprehensive review with me and included demonstration of the new operating system. Well done!

These guys came within 24 hrs and replaced my spring and tuned up the garage door. They were on time and explained everything they were doing. As with everything these days, the price was high but great service.

Donovan and Mark were amazing. They arrived early for my service with bright smiling faces. They went through and explained the initial inspection and once completed explained, in detail, what was needed for repair. The team went over and beyond to ensure everything was in tack and working up to standards. During the inspection we were informed that we needed a new motor as well. So that was also replaced. Once the repair was complete they explain again, in detail, what was completed and how the new motor operates. My husband and I are very happy with the results! Update, They had to come back because the door was still not working properly. The tech was very rude. I will never use this company again.

Garrett came out to fix a broken spring and replace my garage door keypad. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done quicker than I expected. I would absolutely use Precision Door Service if anything ever happens again!

Zac was a real pro. He explained everything about the repairs that were needed then showed me everything he'd done. The door runs great and I couldn't be happier with the work he did.
