A pleasant and smooth dealership experience -- we came in to see a used car that we had found online. Our sales rep Bryan and the rest of the team were friendly and informative without being aggressive, unlike our experience with other dealerships in the area. They were professional and efficient, which we appreciated!

The service staff and sales personnel were all extremely friendly and accommodating. I received a free shuttle ride back to my home after leaving my vehicle for service, about a 12 mile trip. No issue was found with my vehicle, so there was no charge for the diagnostics. They made a very good first impression.

I found an incoming Subaru and placed a refundable deposit. Then I found a better deal elsewhere but have not gotten my deposit back or even an acknowledgement of the cancellation. I have sent multiple emails and called but have gotten no response. Avoid this dealership if you want an honest experience.

Edit to add: The initial review got the attention of the sales manager who made sure that the refund was processed ASAP and apologized for the delay.
