The sales staff at Power KIA were responsive and they were accommodating to our schedule with our kids! We had a unique financing situation involving an insurance payout we didn’t have quite yet and an upcoming international trip, and they were unfazed and willing to work with that schedule. Best car buying experience we’ve ever had!

I came back to Power Kia from PDX to get my second oil change since leasing my Kia Niro almost 1-year ago to the day.

It must be said, bearing the awful rainy weather and horrible Oregon driving, coming to Power Kia today was worth it. Autumn Pierre was absolutely exceptional. I was frustrated when I got in, and she jumped into action. Her customer service is truly a valuable asset and incredibly considerate. She was disarming and was a breath of fresh air. I want to work with her every time! She literally went beyond necessity to provide exceptional service.

Horrible mention: Richard Salaz (sorry for the spelling if this is incorrect) - He was cool, relaxed, very nice.

Tyler, the GM, is exceptional. If you get a chance, say hi. Very nice and understanding. Someone who knows the customer experience. Not often do we see that in management.

Tyler and Rafael were absolutely amazing. My old car was having unforeseen issues and they ensured I had my problem fixed. I am so grateful for Power Kia and all that they have done for me. I am a first time buyer on a big lot and they made the process transparent and easy for me. On December 23rd I walked off the lot with a brand new 2025 Kia K4 Lxs and it is everything I wanted, for a great deal! I will definitely be recommending them to all of friends.

Jordan is fantastic to work with. He helped me with my car and now my folks with theirs. I'll return to him when I'm ready for an upgrade.
