Great experience, Michael was great and the annoying noise on my roof was fixed!! Great service. ***Update - the noise came back within 14 days, really disappointed. Car was only driven 200 or so miles AND they went above and beyond to fix it! Nice work!

The difference I believe is the new GM Brian he is one of the most kind and outstanding Managers of a car dealership Ive ever encountered. He has a true willingness to make Porsche South Bay a better place for customers and their experiences. My next 911 will be from there also.
