We have experience with a fair amount of dealerships and I’ll tell you people never take care as if it’s their own car, as they do here! If you want the sweetest, kind salesperson ever, ask for Fred. The GM, Brian had our best interests in mind and couldn’t have been nicer and more down to earth. And, if you need service (and a laugh) Michael is your guy! We started just with service here and purchased our third car from them today. Will be back!

I had the best experience at Porsche South Bay. They helped me order my custom Cayenne S and kept me updated while the car was being built. The service was 5 star and Angela is amazing. Yesterday, I visited another dealership to express my desire to get out of my current lease, which still had seven months remaining. Unfortunately, the salesperson there was more focused on getting off work at 2:30 and being off today, making me feel like I wasn’t a priority.

South Bay, on the other hand, called me, asked me to come in, and assured me they could meet my needs. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, offered coffee, and felt genuinely valued as a customer. The team worked magic, and every single person I interacted with made me feel like a priority.

Special kudos to Lori, Carlos Kim, Georgio Armani, and Max! From the sales manager to the salesperson, the finance manager, and even the tech guy, everyone was exceptional. I truly felt like they wanted my business, and they delivered an outstanding experience.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Worst Porsche dealership management/Finance team ever! I have leased numerous Porsches from other dealerships and never expected the level of dishonesty and lack of customer service that I encountered with this dealership. I leased a Porsche Macan from this dealership, back in 2023! My sales representative and the staff who assisted me with the set up of the new lease were wonderful, however, I was told to make a payment on my previous lease, right before returning the car to this dealership and obtaining a new lease. I was assured by the Finance team that I would receive a full or partial refund on the last payment made on my previous Porsche (returned to the same dealership). I was told to wait a few weeks until the dealership submitted the paperwork on the new lease and my returned lease, at which time I would receive a refund for the overpayment. A year and half later and numerous messages, they have yet to call me back! If you value your time and money, and expect honesty, and respect, you would choose another dealership!
