DEREK MCCRACKEN, Portland Roofing Northwest Caught Illegal Dumping & Vandalism May 16, 2023 at 3:49 pm, I get a text from the east neighbor/share a driveway

“Hi. A dump truck pulled into your driveway, sidewalk and on the street at (Blocked Address) NE Schuyler today and dropped what appears to be debris and other assorted garbage; I have no further details.”

She said she could identify the two men and truck. The approximate time is “ Approximately 10:30-11am”.

At 4:14 pm I get the following text from my long-term tenant:

“Hi Laura,
As we came back from work today we found the driveway like this (i will attach photos)
Do you know what is going on
