Just upgraded to a Subaru Forester 2025 and the service as always is amazing. They made sure the new car was ready with one on one support on how to use the new touchscreen displays and any other questions with the new car. Dennis and Jeff were incredibly helpful and we will always recommend purchasing from them.

As a long time Subaru owner I not only value the quality of Subaru vehicles but truly value the level of service provided in maintaining the vehicle. East Hills Subaru continues to provide the highest level of service. My service advisor Natasha was terrific. Her professional friendly demeanor and knowledge of what was needed to maintain my Forester was outstanding. She kept me fully informed of the progress including going over a video provided by the technician working on the car. Service manager Jaime Nussbaum as usual was excellent. He takes a personal interest in your needs and provides excellent recommendations. In general, East Hills Subaru continues to provide excellent service in a friendly, clean environment. The only place to have your Subaru serviced.

I brought my car in for service today. I ended up leaving, paying over $700 for the repair. as I received my car, I noticed that I was missing an item from my vehicle; this was a sentimental item from my late mother. I was searching my car for it and than I reported it to the office, then the service employees started to search my vehicle the item. when they couldn't find it, I asked for the general manager. the general manager- Chris was nasty and disgusting. He told me that I was a liar and that I was just trying to get a free repair and that there was no such item in the car. this sentimental item belonged to my mother who unexpectedly passed away a little over 4 months ago who collasped in my arms at home. he told me to get out of his dealership and never come back. I ended up calling the police and filing a police report.
this was my first time going to the roslyn location and obviously my last. I can't believe that they would steal items from the cars that are working on. they even had the nerve to tell the police officer that they aren't responsible for any missing items because we sign the paperwork allowing them to work on our cars and in fine lettering it states that if anything goes missing they aren't responsible. this is insane and a joke that you are okay with your employees doing this to their customers. whatever happened to, if it's not yours than don't touch it or take it. stop covering and employing people that take from others. This item means a lot to me. I want it back. It doesn’t belong to you. You should have never taken what wasn’t yours. Disgusting that I even had to deal with this today and write this review.

The service department at East Hills Subaru is top notch! They have bern servicing my car since 2018.

My Outback recently needed a replacement part due to a safety recall. Nellie did a great job of making sure the part was ordered as quickly as possible, along with another part I needed. I was offered a free loaner car on the day the part was installed, which was very convenient.

Chris installed the parts quickly and professionally. He also took care of another small repair at the same time.

Laurie, Jamie, and the rest of the service staff are always attentive and polite. Highly recommend!

Why do they allow people to bring filthy dogs in the waiting area this is disgusting I'm allergic to dogs and nobody bothers to ask does anyone here mind
