We were experiencing a vibration in the car at about 60 miles an hour. We called. Amanda and she got us in within 30 minutes of our call. We showed up and James checked us in. He immediately thought that the tires may be over inflated. He went out and looked at it and sure enough they were. He adjusted the tire inflation took the car on a test drive and told us that everything was correct. In addition, he took us out and walked us through the adjustments on the screen. He and Amanda were awesome!Report

We were charged for recall-related services, despite the fact that recall items are universally understood to be provided free of charge. It took me a month to schedule an appointment for the recall, and eventually, they were able to accommodate me. Once the recall was completed, I sent my son to pick up the vehicle. However, they informed him that they would not release the car without payment. He attempted to contact me, but I was unavailable due to a meeting. As a result, my son was misled into making the payment. This situation reflects extremely unprofessional and unfair business practices, particularly coming from a well-established and reputable dealer like Porsche, which has been in the industry for over 75 years.Report

Porsche Nashville is without a doubt the most pleasant Porsche dealership I have ever done business with. The Sales team is phenomenal, most notably: Patrick Simms. If I could buy cars from no one else other than Patrick for the rest of my life I would be a happy man. He is personable, professional, and honest. As impressive as the sales dept is, the service dept is also. Example: I went through a car wash (stupid decision on my part) and as soon as I came out of the tunnel my tire was flat. 15 min away I frantically call the service center saying SOS I need a tire and of course the tire on my vehicle is special order and not readily available meaning I was likely SOL. Meanwhile I needed to be across town in 50 min for a meeting. They were out of loaners which was to be expected on no notice so no shock there. However, they were able to jump through hoops and do backflips at the same time to get me a tire that was out of stock and sold out everywhere for days, onto my car within 75 min, and back on the road to my meeting just on time. No one else would ever be able to pull this off and it was highly unusual. Sterling in the service department is who to thank for this and deserves an award.Report

My son took his car to be repaired, they charged him a lot and they didn't fix it. And they treated him very badly.Report
