Unfortunately this business is listed as a local brick and mortar with “in store” hours where you can shop and purchase items. However that is not the case. The gentleman working the line was very friendly, but the Google listing is completely inaccurate and should be edited.

The service is wonderful & I highly recommend Pool & Spa.

The customer service at this company is terrible. They sent me Pleatco filters when I ordered Unicel. It even said Unicel on my order. I got them in April as I like to have them on hand. We don't use the spa in the summer here in Minnesota. I put one in October and it lasted 3 weeks. My spa will not heat if the flow rate is not high enough due to the clogged filter. I used the spa 4 times.

I called Shawn and he said none of his warehouses had Unicel filters and they would not take the brand new wrapped filters back as it had been 6 months. I will never do business with them again. I thought the Pleatco might be comparable but they are terrible. Should have refused them on shipment. But to send the wrong item and not let me know, then not stand behind it, is poor business practice.

By the way, Shawn Davis even reviewed his own business on Google and gave it 5 stars which is against Google policy.

Great Service and Products! Wouldn't use anyone else for my pool or spa needs. Highly Recommend!!!!!

Faulty filter Sent, horrible customer service. Months later and I am still trying to get it resolved. Pretty much been called a liar even though I sent photos.
Never will buy supplies from here again.
