I used this company to fix my dryer. They came out said it was the heating element. They said they would fix it and vent clean for a quoted price. I then waited almost 3 weeks before they came back and fixed the dryer and then they didn't do the vent cleaning, and said the quoted price didn't include that. Everytime I called to check on the part I got a different story, for why it wasn't in. These people are shady if you ask me.Report
