Add ReviewHad an issue with billing that they acknowledged was an error in their new system. They have been very responsive in dealing with any issues I have. I want to thank Terri for calling me on her day off to sort out a service interruption. Looking forward to the new tower and upgraded service. Good customer service can't be beat.Report
We have been using PocketiNet for almost a year now and the service has been as advertised. Not the best speeds but you get what is promised. My main gripe is with their technical support. I wanted to use a VPN to remote into my home network but I believe they are using equipment that makes that impossible. I tried to contact tech support a couple times with no response. We were able to get through to customer service when we inquired about cancelling and I expressed my issues. She forwarded my issues to tech support but after a couple weeks I still received no response from tech support. I finally emailed customer service back and stated that I don't believe their tech support even existed. Its been a few days and even customer service seems to have ghosted me. While we still have a year left on our contract we will be switching to a cellular based service at half the price and faster speeds while we continue to pay off our contract with what is now an overpriced service with slower speeds.Report

Came and hooked us up with everything we needed free of charge so we could have reliable internet at the overnight events so we could easily take care of the online registration and finances. They have been so supportive! Thanks for giving back to the community!Report
