I recommend an upgrade to skip the queue and get a priority exit. You get a voucher $15 for merchandise/drinks to spend per person then.
I’d like to praise the lady who sells merchandise and her assistance. She went out of the way to help us. Her assistance made this experience a lot more joyful.

Phenomenal experience, lots of history, and high technology option to view far away sights from where you’re standing at top of the building. Excellent customer service and great gift shop. Such an immersive experience.

Wonderful.

Amazing 360 view of the city on three different floors. The statue of liberty is visible. Superfast elavator with a cool view of the cities architecture displayed the elevator walls covering decades. There is a tablet based tour guide that points out various landmarks, and you get a brief summary if you tap on the landmark. There is a cafe. It's worth buying the expedited charge of $10 to cut through the lines. Overall, it was a great experience.
