I bought my 2020 Ford Ecosport from Bailey Ford and everything was great until August 2024. In August I believe around the 14th I brought my car in for a oil change I'm the type of person to stress about things like recalls I feel as most should because obvious safety concerns. When I brought up my cars recall and asked the service people to take a look at my recall they said oh everything looks good we will worry about it when something happens ( the big stresser for me is in 2 weeks I had to take a trip to visit family which was significantly a distance away) so I trusted the service advisors. Wrong. On my way back from my trip 2 weeks later cars oil pump failed and with my family in the car I watched my speed drop from 70 to 40 and my whole family is in the car so obviously was panicking. I'm on the phone with bailey ford from that point til I get home luckily we were almost there I was told to bring it in by Darlene the service agent manager. When I brought the car in Darlene was the one who gave me my car diagnostic while I was waiting in the waiting room she says it's just what we thought the oil pump ( what WE? thought okay? ) I said I have a family I can't not have a vehicle I said how long for my car to get fixed? 2 months , oh and let's not forget there's no rentals available. Oh and I feel like at some point I should mention my car having less that 30,000 miles on it. When I stressed with Darlene not having a vehicle is not an option she said the only way I was leaving with wheels today was trading it in. Then brought me over to the sales department where I was told my car was worth 11,000 my card loan was 10,500 and they said that what are they going to do with a car that doesn't run so basically saying because the recall failed and they have to fix it because it was sitting there they weren't making any money off it ( off a recall I previously mentioned) so now I'm suffering no car no nothing. After a month of no car no rental and multiple reasons as to why I couldn't have a rental and no to mention at some points even tell me that if I got a rental outsourced it would have to be a Ford oh and I would still have to pay 35 dollars a day for said rental over a recall that I brought up. There was even a call at one point from Darlene the service manager who made sure to apologize to me if the only option she made me feel like I had was to trade in my vehicle and I said what other option was there that you were giving me? She said I guess it's in the eye of the beholder. After a month I got a rental after having to find rides or walking to work. BTW almost no calls til you know 4 MONTHS later to when my car was fixed double the time they said. I get a call from Darlene's boss on January 2 saying my cars all set it's been all set is there anyway I could bring in the car the loaner that current day or the next ( of course it took them a month to get me a rental but it's a rush to get it back). I come in and I'm greeted by Darlene's boss I believe his name is Ken. To tell me that yeah my cars runs great now EXCEPT the battery ( so you mean not actually running but okay) oh and that's not covered by your warranty and it'll be 200 dollars. 4 months in these guys care and my battery dies upon pickup and of course they aren't going to cover it what's to expect from a business that does less than minimum. The only person in the process that was respectful was the girl that gave me the loaner. I use to stand up for my little car cause I was proud of it even with it being a Ford now chances are I will never buy a Ford again with how terrible this process was.

Fantastic experience all the way. Our salesman, Jordan LaValley was very professional, and all of our questions completely and honestly.

What a pleasant experience and a huge difference from my closer-by dealer who ignored me, and didn't fix benign issues on a new bronco hitch. The 90 minute drive and ferry ride were worth it for a stellar experience, kindness, high level communication, & thoughtful accurate responses. Chill and efficient service. Large waiting room. Grateful to have this dealer. Highly recommend.

They have always been great to me. No problems whatsoever. They have great deals on vehicles. Great satisfaction on customer service.

The whole experience was A+ all the way!!! Ashley is outstanding and truly understands what service is all about. I will definitely be sending people her way!!!
