Incompetent staff that lies and is completely rude. Save your time and money and go any of the better places in the area with a team that is not only good at their jobs, but has a modicum of common sense.

I had an excellent experience at the Virginia Center for Plastic Surgery. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I am incredibly pleased with the results. Dr. Desman and the entire team demonstrated outstanding professionalism from start to finish, always making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Additionally, they were incredibly efficient with paperwork, promptly handling the documents I needed for my work leave, which made the experience stress-free. I made an appointment over 3 weeks prior for 10 am. I took a day off work and drove for over an hour to my appointment. Even using the gps it was difficult for me to find that building. I called the office multiple times to ask for building location and on the third time when they finally answered the phone I was told I can’t be see any longer because it’s 10:12 am and my appointment was at 10:00 am I explained over and over that I called at 10 and I am having difficulty finding the building and I took a day off work for that the angry woman on the phone didn’t want to hear it she only kept repeating we can’t see you because you are 10 min late. In the meantime I already got the parking of that building finally finding it I told her that I am ready to come in I just parked and she said NOT to come in , they will be seeing the next patient and not me !!! I have never experienced such ignorance towards a patient ! I work in a medical field and was left in complete shock. They must see patients every 15 min for a consult and a procedure that I was scheduled for if they only have me that window when being 12 min late was tooo much to be seen at all they could have offfred at least a consultation.

I can't recommend Dr. Esman highly enough! From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. His professionalism truly stood out, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to take a shower on the day of my surgery. I even felt well enough to go out the very next day!

This place is just looking to find an excuse to over charge for elective surgery’s and even took a deposit for unforeseen work priorities that will take me out for well over a year .. they don’t or won’t refund a deposit and say it “locks in pricing” like you as buying a mortgage lol.
Seriously, do not go here. They are just looking to tell you anything to charge for elective surgeries. Go talk to your primary care physician and ask for a referral or recommendation.

Great results for my skin. I went to VCA to see what can done about skin discoloration. I wasn't a candidate for Vpeel but I was recommended a treatment for a retinol cream and brightening serum. I see the results only two months later! Get a consultation and see what they can do for you!

I visited the clinic to improve my skin and had an appointment with Nesa. She’s truly an artist, so knowledgeable and great at what she does! Nesa took her time to precisely evaluate my needs and she set realistic expectations without any pressure. She made the process so easy, painless and calming. The staff, especially sweet Gina, was wonderful. I left feeling satisfied and can’t recommend this practice enough!
