Pier 105 Marina

I had several problems while I had my boat stored at the marina. To start, it was several weeks before I was given a space number. I am not sure if my boat was even being secured at night. I was also told that if I wanted my boat ready when I arrived that I needed to call ahead of time and it would be launched for me. I had 3 different occasions that I was planning on going out before you opened for business. So, I called a day ahead to have my boat launched. Only to arrive the next morning and find that my boat was not in that water and I had to wait for you to open, delaying my plans for the day.

Over the Christmas Holiday, I had plans to take the boat out many times with visitors from out of town. However, the Marina was closed for 2 weeks with no notice. There was no sign, mailing, phone calls or any other communication from the marina stating that they were to be closed. This left me without access to my boat for the entire Christmas break. I had to cancel all my plans with visitors and some cancelled their entire trip because of this. I made a complaint on your Facebook page. I received a reply stating that someone from management would contact me the next day. That did not happen. I finally received a phone call three days after you reopened. That week (January 5th) I pulled my boat from the marina and moved it to another location. I did not receive my first bill in the mail until the end of January for the month of February. A full 3 months after signing the contract. I would pay each month when I was there but there was never a bill. I am not sure why it would take that long to get my info entered into the computer, give me a slip number etc. but it does show the very low level of professionalism that I experienced.
