Excellent sales staff. No effort spared to present the vehicle I was interested in and allow me a test drive. A competitor that is actually much closer to me wouldn't let me drive the diesel Jeep I was interested in because it was "still on the showroom floor; not sure you can drive that one". Piedmont actually offered to let me drive the car in the floor before I asked. I was extremely motivated to consider the V6 EcoDiesel and bought a brand new diesel Rubicon that same night. Couldn't be more pleased. First class customer service.
